Complete Wireline Inspections As Per IRP 13 in Alberta. We provide customers
with Two levels of Inspection;
- Level 3 - Disassemble all Hand Unions & Subs, Replace all O-Rings,
Pressure Test to 200 PSI for 10 Minutes the MAWP for 10 Minutes, Band with
Date Inspected.
- Level 4 - Complete break down off all components, thread gauge
with go and no go gauges, dimensional checks on Male(Pin) & Female(Box)
Ends, Sandblast all paint off, 100% Magnetic Particle Inspection, Replace
all o-rings & elastomers, reassemble, Pressure Test to 200 PSI for 10
Minutes, then to 1.5 x MAWP for 10 Minutes, Band, then Paint
Level 3 are to be Inspected Once a Year and Level 4 every 3 years. Critical
Equipment needs a level 4 every year.
Fracserve also provides Complete Rebuilding and Pressure testing of all
Wireline Components.
